This architectural gem spans some 450 m² across three levels, with views to the lake and mountains. It accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults) in five en-suite bedrooms - one of them is a beautiful extra spacious Master bedroom with glass balcony, and one is a children room.
On the main floor, a breathtaking 110 m² open-plan living space unites a fully equipped designer kitchen, a library alcove, and a soaring double-height lounge with a sculptural fireplace. Expansive glass walls blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, opening onto a sun-drenched terrace where an al-fresco kitchen and pergola invite long summer dinners overlooking the lake.

At Villa Talloires, well-being takes centre stage. A state-of-the-art fitness room and a heated outdoor swimming pool anchor the experience in pure relaxation, while the setting itself becomes the ultimate wellness ritual: morning jogs along the lakeside trail, paddleboarding on Annecy’s shimmering waters, cycling through postcard landscapes, or paragliding from the iconic Col de la Forclaz, gliding over turquoise reflections.
