Evian Resort,

Evian-les-Bains, France

Sur Mesure, Hotels & Homes has been supporting the general management of the resort in the optimization of the revenue, particularly with the rate policy, the set up of sales, marketing and communication actions. The strategy has been developped on the leisure and MICE segments.

Domaine des Étangs,

Massignac, France

Sur Mesure, Hotels & Homes made an audit to re-define the global positioning of the hotel. It was followed by a Sales & Marketing plan and Sales training provided to the team.

Mouratoglou Resort,

Biot, Provence - France

For Mouratoglou Resort, Sur Mesure, Hotels & Homes worked on a project of Sales team re-organization. Their external sales team was adjusted in order to optimize the market and segment reach; the internal sales team organization was modified to achieve the most efficient management of operations.

Domaine Misíncu

Cap Corse

The Sur-Mesure team carried out a strategic audit for the Domaine Misíncu in Cap Corse - a hotel recently acquired by new owners after a year's closure.

The mission consisted not only in providing them with the tools to establish the hotel's positioning (price/product) in its competitive environment, but also in drawing up a detailed action plan integrating the sales, marketing and revenue management strategy for optimized sales from the moment of reopening.

La Cavalerie, Provence, France

Sur-Mesure Hotels & Homes was chosen to finalize all the tools needed to market the property (pricing, terms and conditions, contracts, etc.), as well as to promote this exceptional location to B2B partners. The team also handled all incoming requests on behalf of the owners, from qualification to proposal development.
