Perched just below Le Calvaire, steps from the village and surrounded by pine trees, Le Même is a 650 sqm Art Deco jewel, fully renovated in summer 2025. Combining elegance, comfort, and alpine authenticity, it pays tribute to visionary architect Henry Jacques Le Même, whose creations helped define the essence of Megève. With its generous volumes, refined interiors, and panoramic mountain views, Le Même is a place apart — conceived for moments of togetherness as much as for quiet contemplation.

The chalet accommodates up to 15 guests in 7 en-suite bedrooms and a children’s dormitory with bunk beds, making it ideal for extended families or groups of friends. At its heart, a luminous living room invites guests to gather around the sculptural fireplace, while the library lounge, cinema room, and terrace offer a variety of elegant spaces to unwind.

An entire floor is dedicated to wellness, featuring both an indoor and an outdoor pool, a Nordic bath, a steam room, a sauna, and a fitness/yoga studio. Outside, expansive spaces and a large sun-drenched terrace extend the experience, offering breathtaking mountain views and an outdoor pool that is perfect for sunny days. Younger guests can enjoy the playroom or home cinema, while ski enthusiasts benefit from a fully equipped ski room and a driver service for seamless access to the slopes.

Ideally located about 5 minutes on foot from the village center, and 5-minute drive from Mont d’Arbois ski lift, Chalet Le Même offers the freedom of an “alpine home” with the service and privacy of a Palace.
